Renae preparing the garden area for tomato planting, Dogs wish that they were in there so that they could bark at the rotary hoe!Peach thinning. Best not to look at the ground after you have finished thinning a tree!
An amazingly heavy fruit set on our peaches and nectarines this year, assisted by the abundance of fine sunny weather. However, some of the plum varieties were affected by the late frost, and their set is light.Plenty of fruit thinning coming up!
So incredibly proud of my community! Thankyou to all those involved in making the Wirrabara 150th Celebrations so memorable, fun and significant. ๐ It was a privilege to model some spectacular dresses and to meet many locals and travellers who came for the weekend. ๐ฅAn honour to speak at Bangor Bushfire plaque unveiling. ๐ And of course the grand parade was so fun, loved driving the old Fergy and making the Wirrabara Producers Market float! Such a great community we have. A big thankyou to the organising committee. #wirrabara #southernflindersranges #wirrabara150

The citrus have all been great this season. Thankful for a crop which has thrived in the dry times we are having. ๐
